Question About Rating Letter

I just got rating on a clam for effective date on my bilateral claim ankles, it was denied for the back dates, the question is on the same letter, the last line said I did get my bilateral plantar fasciitis service connected and I would be sent a letter later giving all the info. Has anyone else got a letter like that, not giving the rating on it, I have never gotten one like that?

This is one of the few questions pertaining to claim status,that the

800 people might be able to provide a fairly accurate answer on.

I would call them (or send an Iris request) and ask what my

SC'd status is, specifically Diagnostic Codes and percentage levels.
