I need to find your original post-

But-if I were you I would apply for SSA disability as well as TDIU-Total Disability due to unemployablity.

TDIU is awarded at the 100% COmp rate.

Check # 18 and tell them you are applying for SSA disability benefits.

# 25 Remarks refer them to additional page, put ypu name, address, C file number on it and tell them the side affects of any meds as to how they render you unable to work- if Voc Rehab ever turned you down due to SC tell them that too and anything else you feel would prove that you are unable to work due to SC conditions of the TBI residuals and the PTSD.

The award in your case for PTSD should bea no brainer-

they should not even have to verify the stressor.

What is the 30% SC for and is there any chance that rating is too low?

gee I used the fast reply- the TDIU form I will attach to next post.

BTW- it pays to have a vet rep even if they only keep copies of your stuff to and from the VA and dont help much with the claim -dont let any rep tell you with 30% they cannot award TDIU.

Also make sure you sign and keep copy of the TDIU form with a proof of mailing as well as copy and save everything you get from VA or send to them.

here is the TDIU form
