Question

The VA regional office in Waco, Texas has called me twice in the last two months. Does this have any merit, or, am I reading to much into it? I made my claim in Feb. 2008, got my claims denial in Jan 2009, filed my NOD the same month. Got my SOC and VA form 9 in Sept. 09. Mail it back to the VA, and, it was received and processed Oct. 09. Again, two phone calls from the VA in the last two months. I hope this means something is about to be decided, in the very near future. The last phone call the VA rep says she knows the person who's name is attached to my case. She spoke very energetic, and youthful...

my crystal ball broke nothing you said tells any of us anything you got two phone calls did anyone tell you a decision has been made did they ask you for information related to your claim of were they just verifying that you are still alive I don't believe anything until I get the brown or white envelope with a return address of the VARO on it and then I don't really trust them the grant letter is real until the back pay is deposited I have seen them send a grant letter and then stop payment on the back pay and say oops we made a mistake and then take 6 months to get it fixed don't believe anything until it is in your hands or deposited to the bank
