My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions.

Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up.

I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.

That report is worthless, I want better Exams, by actual Doctors, and actual specialists in fields the exam is for....

to use the proper instruments, tests, and the examiner should know the VA rules of what they are examining for.... and how to do the exam by Va RULES

Like they should know what test are to be taken and what tests are forbidden according to VA regulation because these test endanger the life of the Veteran...

I believe it is rare a vet gets an accurate through medical exam by a qualified practioner who does utalize the proper equiptment. Too bad this isn't the norm, as it was meant to be. Most of us get a pizz poor exam by un inadequate individual who doesn't give a damn about honesty or us! JMOHO :huh:
