Rating Disabilities By Percentage Worsening

Rate this question

Question

I have tried unsuccessfully to find the Veterans Administration table for rating disabilities and hope somone here can help. The table I want to find is one that indicates the percentages of various disabilities say, ankle=10% swelling, limitation of motion of ankle=20%, fusion of ankle=30% and so forth. I'm particularily interested in kidney impairment due to hypertension.

I am sure they are here under the Schedule of Ratings topic.

One thing I do for many disabilities is to seek a decision at the BVA that could reflect how they rate some disabilities.

For example this vet had renal impairment and also HBP.

There is rating info within the decision.

I assume your kidney disease is not related to diabetes?

This decision contains the ratings for a stress fracture of ankle.

These might not help but check the two Schedule of Ratings topics here.

At 70% are you still employed-and if not have you applied for TDIU?

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
