Couple Of Questions About Ebenefits

I've been trying for over a month to get registered for ebenefits. I have gone to the regional office 3 times and brought this up. The first time the guy said he was going to training to learn how to get people into the system and to call him in 2 weeks. I have called probably 4 times and never get a response back. Ive stopped in two other times to drop off paperwork and both times they told me there is only one person who can register me for it, and he was unavailable both times. Is there another way for me to go about getting registered for this?

nope, that will not do it.. the people at the VA are clueless about ebeneigts, I went to the VA offices 2x to get mine working, I filled out and signed the paperwork.. I did e erything I could, eBenefits just wil not work and the VA is totally absolutley clueless about it.. and the phone number is bogus, no one answers..
