Question

My brother-n-law served in the military and was discharged in the 80's. My question is he recently filed claims and he want to know if he is awarded 100% will his spouse and children be able to seek medical care at a VA hospital and if so will they be covered for free?

If he is awarded 100% P&T his wife and children will be awarded ChampVA which is accepted at some VA Hospitals but its regular insurance that pays 75% and if there is other insurance there is no cost to most stuff except pharmacy which has 25% copay.

Good Luck and welcome to Hadit

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
