I was comparing the 7th and the 14th reports for February to attempt to figure out how may claims for reconsideration were completed-it appears around 28. That figure could be flawed.
The 7th shows 17,934 pending
over 125 days-5,578 31%
14th-17,995 pending
over 125 days 5606 31% over 125 days
14 FEB
Pending claims 767,695
% over 125 days 344,78
appeals-229,065
increase evaluations and or additional claim conditions 393,833
over 125 daysS 217,603
agent orange-nehmer, agent orange
77578-new-pending 0
% over 125 days-0
It looks like they are only working on agent orange cases as there is 0 cases pending over 125 days, unless I am reading this incorrectly.
