I sent in a NODw/DRO election and have just received a phone call for a new C/P exam with a new Doctor, the last Doctor was new and a Gynecologist
not a Doctor specializing in back and neck and spinal problems. Should i bring a ROM from a Chiropractor with me? Any and all advice would be helpful my NOD was because i disagreed with the low ratings i was given for my 3 level cervical fusion they call a strain and my DDD with arthritis throughout my spine and thoracic problems. Should i bring any new evidence that i have gotten worse ? ? because im arguing the original ratings and back pay ??
