HadIt.com Elder jbasser Posted May 19, 2011 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted May 19, 2011 Not filing just delays your effective date. Plus the 5 month waiting period. J A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect. A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served. Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Cpl. B
Don't know if I should keep posting in this thread or not but here goes. I am currently unemployed and have been for nearly a year. I have been going to school but my symptoms have me missing at least half of my classes and doing horibly on grades. Will the fact that I am attending school keep me from getting SSDI? Cpl. Cpl. B
Well, I started the filing process today for SSDI. Will post updates as they come. Should I keep posting to this thread or start a new one? Cpl. B
