OK Here's my problem

I guess I tried to sign up once before ( I don't remember doing it but what else is new ( LOL)

OK...I put in my Name & such that is relavant & I get " This already on site"

Just use the forgot password/user name and hopefully you still use that email service.Once you get their email, just change your password. If you haven't upgraded by showing your military id at your clinic, you will need to do that to be able to send emails and order medications. I use mt HealtheVet alot and once they make some more changes, I 'll use mine even more.I was like you I had my account about 5 years before they had developed the website enough for me to use it.Good luck!!
