Anyone In San Diego Had A Dro Hearing In The Past 12 Months?

anyone in San Diego had a DRO hearing in the past 12 months? Did you get a decision yet?

just trying to figure out what the hell is going on in the SD area..

Not in appeals, since I got 100%, and some of it was winning an 1151 negligence, which the VA turns out does not give ful benefits if you win 1151 negligence they squirm and legal loophhole you and your family out of many benefits, really crapp nasty bunch running the va benefits, they wil backstab and scre wyou even if you win you lose. May 2021.

Why not ask your VSO, They often times have access to info about what is going on at the RO;s

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

I did call my VSO office, and the person that answered was a trainee, and he doesn't know anything... it's like pulling a train with broken sewing thread tying to get answers.

they just don't give info... I guess I could go there, camp out and demand an answer until they take me a way in cuffs...
