HadIt.com Elder dav_marine72 Posted April 2, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted April 2, 2012 I have used the Hartford, CT RO since 1995. I have had mixed results. They gave me a couple of good ratings and have flat out blown some no brainers. I actually have 4 issues coming back from the USCAVC that got shot down here in 2000. I'm getting all new exams and they have some directives from a joint remand so we will see. I have heard CT is a bad state for ratings but who knows. Thanks.
