Question

I know this question has been asked before however I cannot locate it. When does the one year mark begin to file a NOD, I retird on 31 Oct 2010 and I received my benefits Feb 24 2011? I have several claims I want to persue...

"Appellate review of a determination is initiated when a NOD is

timely filed. 38 U.S.C.A. § 7105(a); 38 C.F.R. § 20.200.

The

claimant or his representative has one year from the date the

agency of original jurisdiction (AOJ), or RO, mails notice of the

determination to file a NOD. 38 U.S.C.A. § 7105(b)(1); 38 C.F.R.

§ 20.302(a)."
