It was not local and it was expensive by a well k own docter to this board. He promised certain services and after he received payment he won't respond. I am puzzled by this.

SO AM I. I FEEL more than puzzled. I feel betrayed.

You mean the VA decided the claim - and the IMO was ignored? or didn't support the claim?????

Or he took the money for IMO and never prepared one for you?

Have you sent him a certified letter as well as I assume called and emailed him?

I think this is most unusual for any IMO doc to do this.
