Continuing Claim

Question

Hello again,

I have a claim in for multiple joint issues, PTSD, and my back. I have received C&P exams for the PTSD, and my joints along with several x-rays and an MRI of my right shoulder. My question is, is it normal for them to do all this in a matter of a month and then wait over a month for the C&P for my back? Or is there a chance that they wont do one for my back?

Thanks for any input.

Cpl. B.

If you claimed your back then the VA should do a C&P on it. A month between exams is nothing. A month is not considered a significant time period by the VA. On you VCAA letter it did mention that you claimed you back for SC, correct?

Yep, it did. And thank you for your input. I just get stressed/anxious about these things. First time dealing with the VA hardcore so.

Again thank you.
