Question

Can someone PLEASE tell me where I can find the 2003 Elition(or Last) of the VBM Re: 12.6.2.

Need info on getting my Brothers claim Expedited ( Cancer now all over,No Chemo etc) to late.

Going to see him tomorrow. Thanks

The only thing you need to do to get this claim really moving is write your RO a letter requesting them to expedite his claim due to a terminal illness. Along with this letter you should submit a statement from the doctor in which he states that the veteran is terminally ill do to his cancer ect... This should do the trick.

Vike has a great idea ... but ...

If you are close to your VARO ... a "Face to Face" visit is always best.

It's harder for them to turn you down in person than on the phone or in a letter ... this really works for me.

Letters are good for driving them nuts ... but you need some quick action ... and a VARO office visit would be best .. if at all possible.
