qwiksting
Has anyone or does anyone have experience with filing a brand new claim while an older unrelated claim is at BVA. Will filing a new unrelated claim, slow down my other claim at BVA?
HadIt.com Elder Philip Rogers Posted June 1, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted June 1, 2012 No, it shouldn't slow it down. They generally start a new temporary c-file, for the new claim and will add it's contents to your actual c-file once the BVA is done w/it. pr
Gulfvet45
It will not effect the BVA case at all. You file is at the RO until it 90days before your case. I have done a few like this, even did some secondary to items at the BVA where the veteran was looking for a earlier date. James A.
