Question

Has anyone or does anyone have experience with filing a brand new claim while an older unrelated claim is at BVA. Will filing a new unrelated claim, slow down my other claim at BVA?

It will not effect the BVA case at all. You file is at the RO until it 90days before your case. I have done a few like this, even did some secondary to items at the BVA where the veteran was looking for a earlier date.
