I want to share an update. I am pretty skeptical in general, still it was a surprise to see that my re-opened (request for reconsideration) PTSD claim had moved from "review of evidence" to "preparation for decision."
My original claim from Feb 2011 was decided Feb 2012 (not giving me SC) so I requested reconsideration with substantial new supporting evidence in March.
That's only a little over two months to this point, so this surprised me. I hope I can trust this... but I know that is pretty risky.
Question: Once a re-opened claim moves to "preparation for decision" wouldn't it be unlikely that it would be kicked back for any reason???
