Pending Decision Approval

I was gone for a few days, came back and my claim has moved from the Preparation for Decision level on ebenefits to the Pending Decision Approval category.

What does this mean? Is this still another long wait, or is something actually happening?

My recent claims 5 total took 2 weeks from Pending Approval St Paul MN RO.

I am trying to not think about it too much... but it's hard to do. It is almost 3am, couldn't sleep, so decided to check in... and am hoping a couple of others might share their experience with this stage of the process.

Some claims after a rating is given will go before a QRT.

Quality Review Teams, which are composed of dedicated local quality review specialists who will evaluate station and individual employee performance and conduct in-process reviews to eliminate errors at the earliest possible stage.
