Question

Hello all,

I am a student in William & Mary Law School's Veterans' Benefits Clinic. I am representing a client who was disabled during a training accident where a jeep crash caused a tree to fall on his head and split his helmet in half. I am currently looking for Steven Yearout, John Fisher or anyone from 3/3 FA who might remember this accident or who could point us in the right direction. If you have any information, please email me at VBCmichelle@gmail.com

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Best,

Michelle

Somethig this significant should be int he unit reports.

These reports can be obtained from the JSRRC. You will need a date range and unit info which you have.

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.
