Question

Hello again. I was denied OSA in 2010. I have a claim in now for SA secondary to PTSD with all the nexus and other items. If awarded this item will it go back to 2010 being that I applied for it alone versus secondary?

this would depend on the strength of your IMO. If the doc states that your migraines are due to your PTSD and how medically he/she came to that decision and he/she can date the disability to back then, it may. I'm not to optimistic about it though. What % rate do you have for your PTSD? have you missed work, left work early due to your migraines? Again, this will all be contingent on your IMO.

I've seen a lot of claims like this, but none of them favorable.
