Question About My Claim Decision...

Question

And I quote:

"We assigned a permanent 100% disability evaluation for your service conected disabilities effective April 11, 2013. No examination will be scheduled in the future for your permanent and total disabilities."

"We granted entitlement to dependants educational assistance(chapter 35) effective april 11, 2013"

What this really means? In plain english I know what it means. But VA is very confusing.

I just want to make sure what this is in VA terms.

According to VA you are consider P & T (Permanent and Totally disabled) . Chapter 35 is for Dependent Education (wife and children to go to college) you also get Champ VA which is for dependent health insurance. Check with your state for property tax exemption if you own your home and any other discounts for a P & T disabled veteran.

Congratulations

Just checked out your other post and seen that you are retired, so you already have the Military ID card not much else is left.

So this war is over? They wont lower my ratings or mess things up again?

Congrats,

Until you've held the rating status for 20 years - never say never as yes,

something can always happen negatively.

There are regs for 10 / 20 years protection, perhaps someone will

post them.
