Why would all of the AB.. letters be removed at the same time. Ebenefits nor the VARO has provided me with a reason why the AB.. letters were removed. Any ideas.. TiredCoastie Posted August 3, 2013 Share Posted August 3, 2013 That sounds like a systems problem with eBenefits. Have you tried calling the 1-800 number for the eBenefits help desk? If you haven't, that would be my next move. If you have, I'd call them again and let them know you're not happy. Don't let them blow you off.
