Question

Perhaps we can find some insider info here.

So far, I've gathered that these provisional claims will represent

5 percent of something.

The tweet is refencing the percentage of the over 2 year old claims the pencil pushers at the VA in Coporate Offices in Washington estimated would be provisional ratings. I do not know for sure what the perccentage turned out to be for the 2 year old claims, but it was less than 5% Provisional at our RO. (maybe someone else knows the actual number of claims in the over 2 year old category that turned out to be provisional).

We have now moved on to the ONE year old claims, same game the rules have changes. Less exams and more rating on the evidence. Not good but the STATS are better. Washington, is happy happy happy, as they have been able to manipulate the states and fool SOME of the people.

If I recevied a rating decision in the last 9 months or in the next 6 months I would certainly be asking for an increase for service connected conditions, to insure I had a recent exam that established my current level of disability. And I would be appealing anything I was denied, if VA did not order an exam prior to making thier decision on my claim. _JMO
