Appeal Filed Still With Va (New Evidence)

I had filed appeals after a slight increase from a NOD filed and i also had new claims in which they are completed and my Appeals are two years old Still with the VA. Mymappeals are stating that the ROMS are incorrect because no meassuring device was used during the C&P exams and i provided a a couple of ROM's from a Chiropractor that used a measuring device.

My question is this> during my recent C&P exams for new claims the ROM's they just completed corrolate right along with what the Chiropractors and HOW do i submit the C&P recent ROM's to the VA as additional evience to go along with my Appeals to the BVA or should i wait until the BVA gets my Appeals and then submit them?????

If your claim is at the bva send the test results there and explain what they are for very clearly! If your claim is still with the ro send them there. Again make sure to mark them clearly so the VA knows what they are for! Do not i repeat do not even think the VA will know!
