Iris Or Not

What is going on with this VA system. First they stop taking phone calls and you have to get a call back. Tried that had to schedule for five days later and still got no call. Three weeks ago sent Iris got not response. Are they phasing out veterans from contacting them or what? Are there any other ways to contact the VA besides sending land mail?

Try the IG - Be polite in giving them all pertinent information.

Remember- you are representing yourself in a legal case so emotions are not your friend, except to tactfully describe the grief this is causing you.

I have always been polite when talking or communicating with VA Reps. I spent many years as a social worker not to mention that I was part of the Discharge Review Program from its conception under then President Carter in 1977 in St Louis, Mo. So, I always have all my information with dates and time planned out when talking with them.
