However, I have not received a letter from the Regional office nor based on the regional office, there has not been a "docket number" assigned. No action has been taken on my claim, as far as I know, since it has gone in the certification of appeal status. 1. When will I be notified by the VARO? 2. When will the docket number be assogned?
