mssoup1
1968 Army VV, Only my take on what you stated in your post. We were told basically the same thing you were. That they were waiting on my husbands SO to sign off on the claims and they also gave us a suspense date. According to them, this is the date that they are supposed to have the claim finished. I am assuming when they stated VA Service Rep that they did mean your SO, but maybe not. If this is the case and your suspense date is September 4th, I would think that your SO could tell you more about what is happening on your claim and if, in fact, a decision has been made. They can also tell you unofficially what the decision is. I may have read your post wrong, but this is my take on what I understood your post to read. mssoup1
