Ebenefits Pulling Up Someone Else's Information

Question

I just logged onto benefits account and it pulled up all the claim past and present including home address and payment information for a Charles Allen Tanner. I cannot believe my credentials somehow got me access to another account. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm wondering if someone now has access to my personal information

Just saw that eBenefits is FINALLY back up after being down for days. Logged in and pulled up my own information. And...wouldn't you know it...looking at the "social media" feeds on the homepage or anywhere else, there's NO mention of the breach.

I only got my information when I logged in before, but still...who else got my info?

Just a quick recommendation - my wife and I both locked our credit reporting some years ago when it became apparent that someone who had been close to us might have gotten too much information and had a motive to cause us trouble. That means that no one can access our credit reports without us unlocking the credit bureau they want access to...at $5 a pop to us per credit bureau. So no one can take out a loan or credit card in our names...not even us...without unlocking the bureau that's being checked first.
