Are you getting this message ?:

Failure of Web Server bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

It's just down, like normal. I called the VA and asked when we would be able to open "The Veterans Health Benefits Handbook" again, and the reply, we have no idea.....

Ditto on that message for me. And when I was able to get in...it suddenly showed three pieces of evidence past due from me, two if which I don't provide, one of which I have over a month ago.

Needless to say I'll be calling my VSO tomorrow.
