I am awaiting more confirmation-the BVA just emailed me with this information-

July 18th BVA received appeal

August 29 I made Remand Request to BVA based on VCAA violation and Procedural Error,prejudicial to my claim.

Also I asked the VARO to CUE the appeal decisions which were erroneous.

Asked vet reps on my POA to support- they are still looking up "procedural and prejudicial error" I think. Or passing the hat to buy the VBM.

Remanded per BVA recently-

If I can confirm this info from the BVA I will be overwhelmed with JOY!!!!!

And then I can reconnoiter-this was a big mountain to move-Berta

    ‘Need help preparing PTSD claim’ or “VA med center won’t schedule my surgery” instead of  ‘I have a question."

    This gives members a starting point to ask clarifying questions like “Can you post the Reasons for Denial of your claim?”
