Berta Posted September 12, 2006 Share Posted September 12, 2006 (edited) I am awaiting more confirmation-the BVA just emailed me with this information- July 18th BVA received appeal August 29 I made Remand Request to BVA based on VCAA violation and Procedural Error,prejudicial to my claim. Also I asked the VARO to CUE the appeal decisions which were erroneous. Asked vet reps on my POA to support- they are still looking up "procedural and prejudicial error" I think. Or passing the hat to buy the VBM. Remanded per BVA recently- If I can confirm this info from the BVA I will be overwhelmed with JOY!!!!!
