Question

Hello everyone,
Just got my results in from a MRI on my upper back. It says; old left paramedian disc herniation C5-C6 is ossified an abuts the cervical cord. What does that mean? Also states significant adnormality, attn needed.
If someone can give me a clue what I'm facing it will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
