brooks67 Posted October 15, 2014 Share Posted October 15, 2014 Ok here go's i have been taking aprolazam for 6 years and it works great for me,,My pcp says i need to be off them etc,,he put me on prozac 2 months ago and i felt bad,,had crazy dreams serious sleep problems and couldnt work long days,,then he added a med for bad headaches,it was called proponpol something and when i took them together i thought i was dying,,got down a prayed etc,,he took me off both and sent me Zoloft and it makes me feel crazy and hands shake,,i can still take a xanax when i need one,,i got 70% 2 weeks ago for PTSD and i get reevaluated in 2 years,,i dont want my doc to think im lying about the meds,,i just cant take what he sends me,,it effects my work and i feel sick all the time,,,what do you all think i should do,, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have had the same prescription since 1991. Tell the Doc no you need it and you are part of the treatment team. You might have to see Mental Health but you should be able to keep it.
