Post a clear title like ‘Need help preparing PTSD claim’ or “VA med center won’t schedule my surgery” instead of ‘I have a question.

Knowledgeable people who don’t have time to read all posts may skip yours if your need isn’t clear in the title.I don’t read all posts every login and will gravitate towards those I have more info on.

Use paragraphs instead of one massive, rambling introduction or story.Again – You want to make it easy for others to help. If your question is buried in a monster paragraph, there are fewer who will investigate to dig it out.
Leading too:Post straightforward questions and then post background information.
Examples:-
Question A. I was previously denied for apnea – Should I refile a claim?

Adding Background information in your post will help members understand what information you are looking for so they can assist you in finding it.

Wow, just visited the VA appeal website to read up, things have changed. Just a short while ago, all that showed up were appeal cases. Now seems like several subject matters, training guides and "generic data" are "front loaded" into the appeals section of the web site. Additionally, the appeals were ,more numerous and much more legible before, font sizes were larger, etc. Now the entire document looks as though it were scanned in. Of course that is after I give my computer permission now to open the file, after accepting the warning about file safeguard. I wonder if I missed something. Is there another Warms site that keeps life simpler? Oh well. thought I mention the odd changes. cg
