My best guess would be 20% left hand (dominant) and 10% right hand. Combined as 30% for CTS and then you get the bi-lateral factor. It states your condition is minor. It would have to be moderate to get anything higher.

Can you describe your carpal tunnel.

I just had some kind of "shock test" where they verified that I meet the threshold for carpal tunnel.

I have trouble typing and my right middle finger "spasms" a lot.

No idea if it is all together.

They have me wearing splints at night...and that helps me not get woken up due to hands and things falling asleep.

What symptoms do you have for your carpal rating..I think I saw somewhere that you had it.
