C & P Exam Next Monday For An Fdc Claim.....

Question

My question is, is it normal to have exams for FDC's? I am filing for bi-lateral hip arthritus which I have had in my right hip since 2 months after I retired, the left is secondary. I already sent all medical paperwork that I have and x-ray results from the New London CT NAAC where I am seen. In addition the VA in Newington has there own set of x-ray results for my hips (They claimed nothing was wrong with my hips even though the military doc's refute their findings). I also applied for IBS, I was a Gulf War Vet. I am at 100% but not P & T. My sheduled rating came to 95% and they wanted me back in 2018 for an exam on my knees which I am getting a TKR for the left and the right is just getting worse. Can anyone help out with some info? Thanks!

Yes bud, I just completed my 4th FDC in two years, and I have had over 30 C&Ps at 2 Different VAs and a VES Civilian Doc too. I am 100% Temporary since Feb 14, and up for Review again in March 2018. My claims always say for VA Docs to complete DBQs, yet I have had every kind of C&P exam and test you can think of bud. No Biggy, just go in there be honest and show the evidence to Doc. Good luck and God Bless!!!
