My question is, is it normal to have exams for FDC's? I am filing for bi-lateral hip arthritus which I have had in my right hip since 2 months after I retired, the left is secondary. I already sent all medical paperwork that I have and x-ray results from the New London CT NAAC where I am seen. In addition the VA in Newington has there own set of x-ray results for my hips (They claimed nothing was wrong with my hips even though the military doc's refute their findings). I also applied for IBS, I was a Gulf War Vet. I am at 100% but not P & T. My sheduled rating came to 95% and they wanted me back in 2018 for an exam on my knees which I am getting a TKR for the left and the right is just getting worse. Can anyone help out with some info? Thanks!
