Ebenefits Uploaded Evidence Shows Up In App Dashboard But Not In Claim Status.

I re-opened a compensation claim and uploaded a document as evidence. I saw that the upload was successful and submitted the claim as a FDC. I can see the document listed when I go to the "online applications dashboard", but when I go into "claim status" the document isn't listed. Does anyone know if the rater will be able to see it? Tried calling the VA and as we know that is a joke unless you call back after hours and have them call you back. Thanks for any info.

As long as you uploaded it and it was successful that is all you need. It will get to the rater's office. Be sure to keep in your records the proof of the upload. I currently have an FDC claim and it showed my documents just as your showed up in the "online applications dashboard".

Thanks Navy4life. Ebenefits is so buggy it's not funny and it seems like every week or 2 something with the format changes. It would be nice if they would get one version working properly before they make "upgrades" or change the format.
