I'm currently rated 10% for Lumbosacral Strain. In November, I had a spinal fusion at the L4-L5 level for severe disc herniation. My Surgeon issued me a limitation statement saying that I am restricted from performing forward flexion.
This movement would disturb the hardware, the new bone growing around it, and would place added strain on the level above it. It is also painful.
I'm wondering if the C & P examiner will mark my ROM testing as "incomplete." Will they use the restriction against me?

Thanks everyone, this site is wonderful!
