Question

So I have asked for a hearing at the local RO. I was shot down at the intial claim and then at a NOD with DRO. My FM9 is in and I have rebuted the SOC. I am trying to understand what to expect based on previous posts here. However, if anybody wants to chime in and let me know I would appreciate it. I have contested three medical conditions which of course I believe should be SC'd. For those of you who have followed my case you know I am looking at a hiatal hernia, Plantar Faciitis, and Raynauds. It will be intreresting to find out what is determined.

Scotty -what was the specific reason they denied for?

Did you get a VCAA Notice that told you what they needed as evidence?

I see you are 100% SC already- you are probably trying for an SMC determination.

100% plus 60% =SMC.

Do you have your SMrs and have you been able to support the link of these disabilities to your service- or to what you already get 100% for?

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
