0 RUREADY
Notice of Docketing for BVA's decision w/in 30 days; RBA w/in 60 days; Notice of Appearance w/ attachments w/in 14 days; (SM) The Record Before the Agency (RBA) Within 60 days after the Notice of Docketing I guess Cavc don't follow their own rule either or not for me my notice of docketing was 2-15 but they ask for 45 more days on 6-15. A long denial or maybe its still some hope.
0 RUREADY
Another great thing about this site I find doing research is an attorney (who is willing to spend his money to get you a medical expert witness or IMO and only to be paid by you if you win your claim and for those who cant afford an IMO what better way to get it than that.) M y kind of attorney.
0 RUREADY
I just ask again the RBA is nothing more than the evidence that was use to make the decision from BVA so why does it take this long to get a copy of what evidence was use that denies my claim for EED. 0 RUREADY
that's why you hire an attorney because you don't know neither does the next large retro there are attorneys to help with everything including IMO OR IME with no payment unless you win. 0 RUREADY
if a lawyer can offer you a free medical opinion where as you might pay certain people 5-15k for his does this make sence. Then they ask for a lawyer or an IMO I gave you both of that that don't cost until you WIN Edited June 9, 2015 by RUREADY
