Va Disability Compensation Review

Rate this question

USMC_2015

Question

Hello ladies and gentlemen!

Quick question: I just finished the last of my revew exams, and they were all submitted to the reviewing office in Little Rock, Arkanasas on the 19th of June, 2015, The VA initiated the compensation review, and in ebenefits.com it says (increase) next to each disability they're reviewing. What should I expect from this? Also, the age old question, "How long should I expect to wait until I hear their results?" I'm new to this, so please don't hate if I'm asking a very popular question, lol. Thank you in advance! I look forward to hearing what you all have to say.

Also, My original disability rating date was 6.5 years ago (Jan. 9th, 2009). I'm surprised they waited 6 years to do a review, so any input would help.

I just went thru this bud. The VA Reviewed most of my conditions a few months ago including my PTSD. It backfired in the VAs face as most was continued and my Migraines was increased from 30 to 50%. The VA just reviewed my last two conditions Scars and Tongue damage due to surgeries. I went to the Doc for the review a month ago and it is still in the Gathering evidence phase. My claim also says increase in Ebenefits. I think that is how the RO worlds it in Ebenefits. My other reviews were complete in less than 2 months after the exams. Good luck and keep us posted bud.
