Acquired Brain Injury Abi

Question

I don't know where to post this so I will start here.

AO presumptive IHD with bypass (CABG) in 2006 after a heart attack. Serious cognitive impairment from that point on just as there is with a TBI.

Neuropsychological testing was done (full day of testing) and the diagnosis was Mild Cognitive Impairment. However, immediate recall was severe and only 10% of normal. Mild my butt. I can't write computer programs or do any math anymore and I've lost most of my clients. I can't work.

How make this secondary to my IHD claim? Also Sleep Apnea because sleep disorders can also happen with heart attacks I've learned when searching just for ABI. Here are some links.

I'm so glad I got my medical records, a pain to go through and each time I look I find more to check on.

Thank you for any help and of course your service.

Mike
