My hearing is monday. I think this will be pretty cut and dry. I'm now 100% P&T VA.
I think SS has the major medical evidence that got me to 100% VA. But I know they don't have the most recent C&P exam. I just got the letter a couple of days ago that P&T was awarded and there is not enough time to request a copy of the exam. (I did at the time of the exam but it's not here. We all know how that goes) But the award letter outlines the findings so might be enough. If not the ALJ will have to request it.
Basically I should have plenty of medicall opinion that I'm not employable. I have an attorney.
