I've heard a lot of these VBA folks have been on mandatory over-time for sometime now to get the claims backlog down? I'm sure most are just like us trying to do a good job on a daily basis and trying to take care of their families? I'm still amazed that Mrs. Hickey has taken the time to work Vets claims personally/ directly which has also resulted in a lot of success stories for Vets with older or more difficult claims? So, it's nice to hear good things are happening for Vets and you might want to send an email to Mrs. Hickey that her folks did a good job for your claim and family?
