Va Caregiver Program Back Pay?

We finished the home visit today and were approved for the top tier. Social worker said he'd have everything completed in a few days and sent in. I know pay dates for the program are generally on the 1st of every month but does anybody know how long it takes to receive the back pay? Generally when the VA owes you back pay they'll pay you as soon as your case is completed and will pay at anytime of the month but was wondering if that's the case with caregiver pay?

We got the retro on the following first of the month pay, and there after.

But at what time in the month did you guys get approved? We got approved on the 7th and have heard conflicting things like we'll get the retro 7-10 days after they received the bank account info which was yesterday and we've been told it won't be til the 1st.
