Prostate cancer residuals

I have a question for those that have been in the same position. I am currently rate 100% for PC, I know that it is about time for them to send me a letter for a C&P to determine what residuals I have. I understand that you can only get a maximum of 60% for residuals. I don't if that is true or not. Anyway, here is the kicker I have been diagnosed as having loss of sphincter control due to radiation treatment for PC and I also have urinary problems as well. Does anyone know if the 60% criteria is correct or not?

Go to the VA Schedule of Ratings link  here at hadit and about halfway down the page they have the rating criteria for every disability

and the proper diagnostic codes they need to use.If that link is still not working, I will post another way to find the info you need.

The VA Schedule of Ratings and the Adjudication Manual here contain lots of important  info.
