The bad part is that the BVA case load is up from 47,000 cases to 74,000 cases in 2015. So, unfortunately, unless you have an advance on the docket, that suggests maybe Oct. 2017 for a Board decision. It took the RO 3 years to implement my Board decision, hopefully yours will be less.
