Ebenefits appeals update

As many of you know, the "appeal" section of ebenefits has been down, "until September 2015".  

May miracles never cease, it seems like their is at least some life to ebenefits appeal status.  

Mine now says "pending decision", but that is peculiar, as it was just submitted on Sept. 2.  HOWEVER, this was a remand, and then it took VARO 3 years, and they denied it again, and again I filed an I9 and it went back to the BVA again.  So, Im not sure if I have to wait in line another 2 years, or if its already done, like ebenefits appeals says. 

Does anyone else have ebenefits appeals working, and, is it accurate?

Well my appeal that's at the Board now was twice remanded back to the RO and now sit at the board and according to ebenefits is waiting to be assigned to a Veteran Law Judge, also says in another section says it's under review, and then in another section says it's at the RO and no completion date can be given and then and then I got an IRIS stating it is waiting g to be place on the docket. The board received the remand in September 2014 and I was told it was placed on the docket in March 2015. I am so confused as to where my appeal stands. Almost all of my claims except for 4 has gone to the Board in appeals, 17 appeals 12 granted, 3 denied and 2 still waiting decision.
