The VA regurarly, in my case at least, denies Veteran's "due process". An example of such "due process" errors is the failure of the VA to issue the applicable SOC, or SSOC. The remedy is for Veterans to file a 904, "Motion to Vacate" (The Board decision). There is no time limit for a Veteran to file a "motion to vacate" for due process violations.
Another example of "904 violations" is the "failure of the Board to consider evidence constructively in the Board's possession or a failur to consider a request for extension of time to submit additional evidence."
